Prior to admittance to the California Bar, Mr. Madans had been involved in Workers' Compensation Law by representing third-party administrators and self-insured employers in defense of their workers' compensation claims. In his legal career, Mr. Madans has accumulated extensive experience for both the Applicant and Defense Bar of Workers' Compensation.
While attending law school in the early 2000s, Mr. Madans began representing international basketball players and developed his advocacy skills and cultivated a passion for the representation of athletes. Currently, Mr. Madans concentrates nearly the entirety of his practice to the zealous representation of both retired and current athletes.
Despite success with Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey and Soccer cases, Mr. Madans secured the first California Workers' Compensation settlement in November 2018 for a professional wrestler while employed by World Wrestling Entertainment and World Championship Wrestling after extensive litigation with their respective insurance carriers.
Aside from enjoying important quality time with his young family, Mr. Madans is a devoted Martial Arts enthusiast and has trained since 2005 in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Mixed Martial Arts and Krav Maga. Mr. Madans also enjoys watching sports, traveling, reading and playing the drums.
Mr. Madans is a strong abid supporter and volunteer coach in youth sports, because of this, he recently formed Y.E.S (Youth Empowerment through Sports), a nonprofit organization for the benefit of the underprivileged children and young adults.
"Mr. Blair has been with the firm as a Hearing Representative and Client Relations Manager since 2015.
Mr. Blair has extensive coaching experience at all levels and was a professional baseball player for nine years, during which he played with the San Francisco Giants, Chicago Cubs, and Detroit Tigers.
In addition to his work at the firm, Mr. Blair has been a coach at Birmingham Charter High School since 2015. He led his team to back-to-back Los Angeles All-City Championships in 2017 and 2018."
Prior to Joining our firm as a hearing representative in 2013, Mr. Salvacion worked in the corporate sector as Administrative Manager overseeing Human Resources. Accounting and Maintenance departments. Mr. Salvacion also represented the company in municipal claims and other administrative law matters, including the litigation for unemployment cases with the Labor Department for previous employer.
Mr. SaIvacion also brings to the firm several years of experience working as Court liaison/Paralegal handling Personal Injury cases obtaining valuable experience working with Insurance Companies and Third Party Administrators.
