Mr. Madans proudly founded Madans Law Group in 2011 after working for several established Workers' Compensation firms after his admission to the California Bar in 2008.
Prior to admittance to the California Bar, Mr. Madans had been involved in Workers' Compensation Law by representing third-party administrators and self-insured employers in defense of their workers' compensation claims, as well as gaining considerable and valuable experience working as a sports agent while still in law school. In his legal career, Mr. Madans has accumulated extensive experience for both the Applicant and Defense Bar of Workers' Compensation.
Mr. Madans realized his passion derived from representing the injured worker and focuses MLG's practice exclusively to the zealous representation of Retired Professional Athletes and Public Safety Officers. More than a decade later, he takes immense pride in recovering millions in recovery and benefits for over 1000 clients and the firm continues to grow.
Aside from enjoying important quality time with his loving wife and his two young sons, Mr. Madans is an avid Martial Arts enthusiast and has trained since 2005 in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and Krav Maga. Mr. Madans also enjoys watching sports, traveling, reading, and playing the drums.
